The SAFETY-CLIP SYSTEM comprises machines, clips and loops and goes far beyond the ISO certifications – that means safety on many different levels.

The SAFE-SEAL safety loop system consists of a specially developed loop material, the Poly-clip safety knot and a consistent quality-assurance procedure. On clipping, the loops are released from the transport tape free from residue and can be easily placed on the smoke stick.

HYGIENIC INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING AND TRACEABILITY

We have thought of everything: Each individual loop spool is therefore shrink-wrapped in film, which protects the loops against dust and dirt.

The film prevents the loop heads from rubbing against each other and getting caught during transport. The box size coordinated with the pallet dimensions avoids transport damages. Traceability is also ensured. To ensure reliable batch traceability, all packaged loop spools carry a label with EAN code.
